Facq, 10 years of collaboration

Bioclimas has been the official building cooling supplier for all Facq stores in Belgium for almost 10 years.

Facq is a Belgian family business, supplier of bathroom and sanitary equipment for individuals and professionals.

In 2014, the company acquired a new building in Grivegnée, near Liège. This old concession had an innovative air cooling system on the roof with the brand "Breezair". After a few months of use, and being very satisfied with the result, the company decided to contact Bioclimas, official reseller of Breezair products in Belgium, in order to ensure the maintenance of the device and also to discuss a possible new installation project.

At that time, the Facq store in Diest, in the Flemish region, is a more than problematic store. The building has a high volume and is partly glazed, which makes the heat stifling when the sun is out. First project for Bioclimas in collaboration with Facq: to equip a new Facq showroom of almost 1000 square meters.

Shortly afterwards, the news came. The Facq facility manager contacted Bioclimas: "Bad news... We would like you to install your machines in 5 more of our stores and showrooms".

Today, Facq's 46 stores and 16 showrooms, as well as offices and new projects to come, are and will continue to be equipped with adiabatic air conditioners from Breezair and Climate Wizard, products of Seeley International.

Adiabatic ventilation is ideal in this type of store, which is usually very high and glassy. The Breezair and Climate Wizard on the roof blow cool air from the ceiling, which flows down into the whole building. As Alain Elleboudt, Facility Manager at Facq, says, "It's the perfect combination!" The windows are no longer a problem and the temperature in the stores is always pleasant.
In addition, the power consumption of the installations is very limited and the associated bills have almost no impact on Facq's finances. On top of that, the machines are very easy to use and of excellent quality, which means that the installations last longer.

All the family business was looking for was a simple, quality product and fast, personalized service. They were able to find all these advantages in Bioclimas, a trusted partner.
