Facq, 10 years of collaboration
For almost 10 years, Bioclimas has been the official building cooling supplier for all Facq stores in Belgium.
Facq is a Belgian family business, supplier of bathroom and sanitary equipment for individuals and professionals.
In 2014, the company acquired a new building in Grivegnée, near Liège. This former dealership had an innovative "Breezair" air cooling system on the roof. After a few months of use, and being very satisfied with the results, the company decided to contact Bioclimas, official reseller of Breezair products in Belgium, to ensure maintenance of the unit and also to discuss a possible new installation project.
At the time, Facq's store in Diest, Flanders, was more than a little problematic. The building has a high volume and is partly glazed, making it stiflingly hot when the sun is out. First project for Bioclimas in collaboration with Facq: equipping a new Facq showroom of almost 1000 square meters.

Shortly afterwards, the news broke. Facq's facilities manager contacted Bioclimas:
"Bad news... We'd like you to install your machines in 5 more of our stores and showrooms".
Today, Facq's 46 stores and 16 showrooms, as well as future offices and new projects, are and will continue to be equipped with adiabatic air conditioners from Seeley International brands Breezair and Climate Wizard.
Adiabatic ventilation is ideal for this type of store, which is generally very high and glazed. The roof-mounted Breezair and Climate Wizard units blow cool air from the ceiling down into the building. As Alain Elleboudt, Facility Manager at Facq, says, "It's the ideal combination! Windows are no longer a problem, and the temperature in the stores is always pleasant.
What's more, the plants consume very little electricity, and the associated bills have virtually no impact on Facq's finances. The icing on the cake is that the machines are very easy to use and of excellent quality, which means that the installations last longer.
All the family business was looking for was a simple, quality product and fast, personalized service. They were able to find all these advantages in Bioclimas, a trusted partner.
